Payment is via EFT.
Orders will only be processed, once payment has cleared in our account.
After lockdown and for orders that get branded ( printing or embroidery), a 50% Deposit is payable with order and the balance is due, when branding has been completed.
For unbranded orders, Full payment is required, before order isprocessed.
NB. During Lockdown, Full payment is required on branded orders as well, when orders are placed.
No items may be returned during the lockdown period. Samples will need to be purchased and cannot be returned or exchanged.
